So much is said about why the customer should use a staffing service. Often follow-up and follow-through are not discussed. ITH Staffing believes in the total process. Placement is only one part of the picture. Working with the customer to identify the type of temporaries needed is the first step. Understanding the company culture and the products or services is the second step. This is accomplished through customer orientation guides. Safety education and training of the candidate is the third step. Communication with the client to ensure customer satisfaction is the final step in the placement process.

Problem Resolution |
Communication regarding special requests, concerns, notification of schedule changes, etc. are always welcome. ITH Staffing will handle any situation that may arise. Our office staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment Expectations |
Invoices are created from the time card that is completed by our employee and signed by a company representative. Invoices are mailed weekly. Payment of invoices within ten days of receipt is requested. ITH Staffing will replace any employee without charge, if notified within the first four hours. Your continuing satisfaction means our continuing business.
