Seeking experienced office professional to work in faced paced environment. Must be able to multi task and be self motivated. Successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be excellent with grammar and proofreading. Will be answering multi line phones, greeting customers, incoming accounts receivable, mail, expertise for media room and set up for meetings, this person is the expert for surveys for all areas within the agency, special projects, conference room scheduling and set up – along with other clerical duties. On occasion will take notes at staff meetings and Board meetings. M-F 8am-5pm. $14-15 per hour.
