2nd shift, $10.05 per hour, located in Pinconning, MI. Responsible for implementing daily food safety and quality evaluations and to monitor production parameters to ensure product meets customer specifications as well as ensuring proper ingredient supply is available at all times for continuous production needs. Oversees that all aspects of the monitoring function of products are within the food safety and quality guidelines, as defined in company policy and customer specifications. Ensures that Control Points such as Metal Detection and X-Ray are tested per company policies and procedures. Knowledgeable in basic good laboratory practices. Knowledgeable in basic management skills. Ensures that production equipment parameters for food safety or quality issues if needed.
