IT Support Technician (Midland)
Provide support for software, hardware, and network related issues via phone, email, and/or onsite. Enters help desk tickets in the district service management system for reference and quality control purposes. Performs troubleshooting on various district issued, as well as, personal mobile devices when related to school business, when reasonable. Performs building site visits as time permits.
A+ and Network+ certification, and/or a related Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Physically able to lift and transport a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have a valid Driver License.
Full time, Monday-Friday. 8am-4:30pm.
$15.69 per hour.
