Customer Service Representative (Midland)
Customer service rep will provide an excellent customer service experience through phone communication, face-to-face, and electronic mediums. Drive the Service Department's online and social media presence. Position responsible for appointment reminders and customer follow-up. Offer administrative support to the Service Team including general reception, scheduling, processing service orders, ordering and receiving material, and maintaining file systems. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, be organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize. Requires Associates Degree or comparable work experience, expertise in Microsoft Office programs and previous customer service experience. Immediate opening. Temporary to permanent position.
