Clinical Director  (Midland)

Job Summary
The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services, and manage a team of BCBA's and RBT's. This role is pivotal in setting clinical standards, developing program strategies, and enhancing service delivery to meet the diverse needs of our clients with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the ABA program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with professional standards.
· Clinical Supervision: Supervise and mentor BCBAs, and RBTs, providing clinical oversight and guidance to ensure effective implementation of ABA therapies.
· Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
· Staff Development: Design and facilitate ongoing training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in ABA practices.
· Client Care Management: Oversee client intake and assessment processes, ensuring appropriate placement and individualized treatment planning.
· Resource Management: Manage program resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and allocation of materials and facilities.
· Stakeholder Relations: Engage with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders to promote partnerships and collaborative care approaches.
· Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest research in behavioral science and integrate new methodologies into program practices.
· Policy Development: Develop and update clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and ensure safety and ethical practices.
Work Environment:
The work environment is primarily based in an office within a clinical setting, but with regular requirements to visit other service delivery locations to oversee operations and engage with staff and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field.
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) or BCBA certification.
· Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in clinical practice and administration within an ABA setting.
· Proven track record of leadership and team management.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Deep understanding of ABA therapeutic models and regulatory requirements.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders including clients, families, and community partners.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining certification requirements.
· Must be able to successfully complete First Aide Certification, CPR Certification.
Successfully complete Community Mental Health required training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:

 $38.46 - $50.00 per hour
