Chief Operating Officer (Midland)
Position Description/Overview:

- The COO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will manage existing programs, strongly directing the management team and team members to reach their goals and vision. He/She will serve as the internal leader of the organization.
- The COO will provide the CEO with insight in critical areas of operations, including policy, direction, integrated communications, outreach and operational initiatives.
- The COO will oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures and will be with a key member of the senior management team.
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy and hiring levels, and implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term goals.
- Create a strong day-to-day leadership presence.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Define operational expectations, and monitor progress in achieving those expectations.
