Career Development Facilitator (Midland)
The Career Development Facilitator is a part time, 30 hours per week position within the Career & Technical Education (CTE) team. Our team serves as a connection between students, community and the world of work through programs, activities and camps provided in Midland County. In this fast paced environment a qualified candidate would be passionate about their community, enjoy interacting with students & industry professionals, as well as managing fun events that drive workforce readiness. This position will last until the end of the school year and will be re-evaluated during the summer.

Hours: 7:30am-3pm Monday-Thursday.
Pay rate is $22.50 per hour.
Qualification Requirements
- Three years’ professional experience either in industry or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Including the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members, community representatives and schools.
- Willingness and flexibility to “do it all” and at all levels from developing healthy relationships with students and community members, to organizing and managing events and being a positive “can-do” team player.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective organizational skills and attention to details.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to utilize Microsoft and Google applications, survey tools, online career development tools.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
