Assistant to Controller & HR Director (Midland)
Job Summary:
Provide support to the Controller & HR Director by assisting in accounting tasks including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. Provide administrative support to other staff including general reception duties, maintaining filing systems, data-entry transactions, copying documents and scanning.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable: AP entry, payments & reporting, Credit Card expense reports
• Prepare & Track forms including purchase orders, material return sheets, & change orders
• Assist in Payroll process: time clock reporting, assist in running payroll
• Accounts Receivable: receive payments, daily deposits, billing reports & support
• Receiving and organizing delivered material
• Assist in HR by supporting the Director
• Provide phone support back up
• Maintain current and new databases
• General filing and organizing
• General Errands

Essential Requirements:
• Bookkeeping Certification or equivalent experience or education
• Microsoft Office experience: Outlook, Excel, Word
Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
